I have been teaching movement classes and workshops in the
Bay Area for the past 20 years and continue to learn from
my students, from my personal practice and exploration and
from study. I have extensive experience working with people
of all sizes and offer a safe, comfortable space for people
to connect and integrate body-mind through yoga and movement.
In my work, I am guided by the wisdom of the body, the power
of the heart, and the joy of discovery. One of my great privileges
as a teacher is to introduce beginners to yoga and movement.
I can be contacted at (510) 524-3832 or skp@lmi.net.

"Sally is a remarkable and inspirational
teacher. She creates a very safe, supportive, and collaborative
environment where there is great freedom to explore adaptive
yoga postures and learn what works for each individual."
- C.W.
"...In the supportive atmosphere
of Sally's class ... I have learned to try. I have learned
to be open to attempting something totally new. I have learned
to gather my energy and concentration and allow my body to
move in new ways. And I have learned, most of all, that I
can succeed." - C.B.
"Sally creates a safe environment and
gently guides me to explore and express the deepest and most
authentic parts of myself. Through this work I'm able to access
and claim aspects of myself that would otherwise remain in
the dark, and to integrate the various parts into a more cohesive
whole. Fo me, it's more powerful and transformative than years
of traditional therapy." - Tracy B.
